Taking advantage of incentives for ground-level re-use and upper levels setbacks, this mixed-use, urban infill development houses 6,500 SF of commercial space, 93 market-rate residential units, and a below-grade parking garage, all in the heart of Seattle’s diverse Capitol Hill neighborhood.  While working at Hewitt I developed this project from concept through occupancy.
