Project developed from concept through jurisdictional entitlements package

Property owners with a deep family history with the site and surrounding area sought to redevelop an existing property in the burgeoning International District.  With a mission that the project should be both economic generator and civic space for the district, we developed a truly mixed used program of residential, commercial, and non-profit uses, woven together by a generous civic hill climb promenade and central plaza.
