This unit library was developed as a foundation for standardized Katerra units.  Based on system distribution efficiencies, manufacturing capabilities and market driven metrics, I worked with a team to design, develop and document the library.  This involved developing process and quality control standards in addition the traditional design process.  The result was a standardized set of units and documentation that could be mixed and matched for a client when designing a multi-family project in order to achieve the desired unit mix and plan configuration.
