This year long pilot program was established to prepare the L&D department for production of Virtual Reality content and Construction teams for enterprise adoption of Virtual Reality training.
Scope & Responsibilities

Creation & administration of a 1 year pilot and 2 year implementation plan

Market evaluation of partner production vendors

Professionally shoot and produce several virtual reality training modules

Deployment and evaluation of the pilot training to 4 active construction job-sites.
